Danaher falls after cutting annual revenue growth forecast

Shares of lab equipment maker Danaher DHR.N fall 9.7% to $181.65 premarket.
The company expects its 2026 adjusted core revenue to increase between 3% and 4%, versus a previous expectation of 3% to 6% year-over-year.
Danaher reported Q2 adjusted profit of $1.94 per share, compared with analysts' average estimate of $1.83 per share, according to LSEG data.
Q2 revenue of $6.27 billion beat expectations of $6.10 billion.
The company raised its annual adjusted earnings forecast to a range of $8.45 to $8.60 per share, compared with its previous forecast of $8.35 to $8.55 per share.
Up to the last close, the stock was down 12.2% year to date.
