Danaher posted Q2 2026 net earnings of $870 million, up 60% year-over-year; diluted EPS rose to $1.23.
Revenue increased 5.5% from a year earlier to $6.3 billion; non-GAAP core revenue climbed 3.0%.
Non-GAAP adjusted diluted EPS grew 8.0% to $1.94; operating cash flow was $1.5 billion.
Non-GAAP free cash flow totaled $1.3 billion.
Outlook and business commentary
CEO Rainer M. Blair said Life Sciences had its strongest quarter in several years.
Danaher forecast Q3 non-GAAP core revenue growth of 2.0%-3.0% and raised its 2026 adjusted diluted EPS outlook to $8.45-$8.60.
