Darden Restaurants closed fiscal 2026 with fourth-quarter revenue of $3.72 billion, a 13.7% increase over last year, and adjusted diluted EPS of $3.66, up 22.8%. For the full fiscal year, total sales surpassed $13.2 billion, rising 9.4%, while adjusted EPS climbed 11.4% to $10.64, marking record annual performance.
2. Brand Contributions to Growth
Olive Garden and LongHorn Steakhouse remained Darden's primary growth engines, delivering positive traffic and guest satisfaction. Quarterly same-restaurant sales rose 4.6% across the portfolio, underscoring the strength of Darden’s diversified brand positioning and operating model.
3. LongHorn Steakhouse Performance
LongHorn achieved 9.5% same-restaurant sales growth in Q4, outpacing the industry benchmark by over 800 basis points, with sales of $1.02 billion, a 22% year-over-year increase. Segment profit margin expanded 110 basis points to 21.2%, while average unit volumes hit approximately $5.6 million, supported by sustained investments in food quality.
