DarkIris has launched Singapore-based AETHER INTELLIGENCE as its global R&D headquarters to drive AIGC-powered content creation across gaming and film, targeting efficiencies in script generation, 3D modeling, motion capture and rendering. The company secured a $3.8 million private placement to fund Singapore team expansion, algorithm development and strategic IP acquisitions.

1. Singapore R&D Headquarters Established

DarkIris has formed AETHER INTELLIGENCE PTE. LTD. in Singapore as its global research and development hub, marking its strategic shift from mobile gaming publisher to AI-driven pan-entertainment technology provider. This subsidiary will centralize AIGC innovation to accelerate content creation for gaming and film industries.

2. AIGC and AGI Development Focus

The new R&D center will gather AI engineers and graphics experts to deploy generative AI across the production pipeline—including script writing, 3D modeling, motion capture, intelligent storyboarding and automated rendering—while pursuing vertically specialized AGI solutions tailored for content creation.

3. Platform Commercialization Strategy

Following internal validation of AIGC tools, DarkIris plans to launch an open industry platform under Model-as-a-Service and Platform-as-a-Service frameworks, offering modular AI creation tools and computing power to developers and filmmakers to build a scalable, SaaS-based recurring revenue model with network effects.

4. Financial Backing and Growth Plans

DarkIris completed a $3.8 million private placement at a premium to strengthen its cash position, enabling recruitment in Singapore, core algorithm development and potential strategic acquisitions of global film intellectual property and digital assets.
