DarkIris prices USD 6 million best-efforts public offering of Class A share units and warrants
DKI•DarkIris priced a best-efforts public offering expected to raise about USD 6 million in gross proceeds, covering 4,166,666 units at USD 1.44 each or pre-funded units at USD 1.4399. The offering is expected to close Oct. 9, 2026.
1. Offering terms
Each unit includes one Class A ordinary share and one warrant exercisable at USD 2.04 and expiring six months after issuance. The warrants are immediately exercisable and may be exchanged through a zero-cash exercise option for about 12 Class A ordinary shares each. DarkIris plans to use net proceeds for working capital and general corporate purposes.
