DarkPulse signs exclusive patent license deal with US Air Force

DarkPulse signed an exclusive U.S. patent license with the U.S. Air Force Research Laboratory on Sept. 1, 2026.
The deal covers six issued U.S. patents tied to satellite power sharing, satellite communications and laser-generation technologies.
Economic terms include an initial $15,000 fee, a 5% running royalty on non-government gross revenue and rising minimum annual royalties.
Minimum royalties step to $200,000 in year two, $300,000 in year three and $400,000 from year four onward.
DarkPulse must fund patent maintenance, share 25% of net litigation recoveries and meet commercialization milestones within 30 months.
