DarkPulse signs exclusive U.S. Air Force license for six satellite, laser patents
DPLS•DarkPulse signed an exclusive patent license with the U.S. Air Force Research Laboratory on Sept. 1, 2026, covering six patents involving satellite communications, laser systems and related technologies. The U.S. government retains certain rights, and products sold in the U.S. must be manufactured substantially there.
1. License covers six patents
The agreement covers six advanced technology patents tied to satellite communications, laser systems, power management, constellation navigation and hybrid terrestrial-satellite networking. The licensed intellectual property includes laser-based satellite-to-satellite power sharing, Raman resonator laser generation, seeded amplification and on-ground digital precoding for multi-beam networks.
2. U.S. manufacturing requirement
DarkPulse said the license supports its strategy to commercialize government-developed technology across defense, aerospace, critical infrastructure and commercial markets. The U.S. government retains certain rights, and products sold in the U.S. must be manufactured substantially in the country.
