Darling Ingredients posted Q2 2026 net income of $387.3 million, swinging from $12.7 million a year earlier; GAAP diluted EPS rose to $2.41 from $0.08.
Total net sales climbed 16.37% to $1.7 billion versus the year-ago quarter.
Combined adjusted EBITDA (non-GAAP) more than doubled to $741.7 million from $249.5 million.

Diamond Green Diesel sold 348 million gallons at $2.23 per gallon EBITDA; dividends received were about $211 million.
The company closed the $122 million purchase of three Patense rendering facilities in Brazil; it also sold a majority of its grease trap business for about $90 million.
