Data I/O completes acquisition of V-TEK and A&J Programming

Data I/O completed the acquisition of V-TEK and A&J Programming for approximately $23 million. Consideration included $20 million in cash and $3 million in common stock; a portion of the cash came from the private placement announced on October 19, 2026. The acquisition is expected to more than double consolidated revenue, be accretive to existing operations, reduce reliance on automotive and cyclical capital equipment markets, and expand programming services.
