The filing stated the miners were paid in full in 2025, with no incremental hardware capital required.
Amended 8-K outlines prepaid miner expansion
Datacentrex filed an amended current report on Form 8-K/A that included a revised Exhibit 99.1 press release outlining a fully prepaid expansion of its Scrypt mining fleet.
The update said the company secured US colocation capacity to deploy more than 500 additional ElphaPex DG2 miners expected to be energized within 30 days.
