At DASH, Datadog introduced more than 100 new features designed to enhance observability and security, highlighting its commitment to innovation by allocating roughly 30% of revenue to R&D. These capabilities target visibility and autonomous operations across the full development lifecycle and data management.
2. Autonomous Bits AI Expanded Scope
The platform’s Bits AI suite now supports end-to-end autonomous operations—detecting, investigating and remediating issues across infrastructure, code, testing and deployment stages—using pre-defined guardrails and integrations with common tools like Slack and Claude to streamline workflows.
3. Security and Cloud Enhancements
New security offerings include AI Guard, which employs deep telemetry tracing and behavioral anomaly analysis to block AI agent attacks, and Bring Your Own Cloud, allowing customers to process and index logs directly in their own cloud storage to control costs and maintain visibility.
