DataMeds AI signs nonbinding deal to license and acquire healthcare IP
MEDS•DataMeds AI entered an amended, nonbinding agreement dated October 19, 2026, to acquire and license healthcare intellectual property. The proposed transactions target a fourth-quarter 2026 closing, subject to definitive agreements, due diligence and Nasdaq requirements.
1. Proposed IP transactions
The proposed acquisitions cover EOS Technology Holdings’ medication delivery patents and Scilex’s wearable-based drug-response verification patents. Licensing plans include expanded healthcare rights from Datavault AI and exclusive patient-outcomes technology from Data Health Partners.
2. Closing conditions
The agreement is nonbinding, and closing is targeted for the fourth quarter of 2026, subject to definitive agreements, due diligence and Nasdaq requirements.
