Datavault AI names Christopher R. Hardt independent director, adds him to audit committee
DVLT•Datavault AI appointed Christopher R. Hardt as an independent director, effective Oct. 3, 2026, and added him to its Audit, Nominating and Corporate Governance committees.
1. Board appointment
Hardt was designated by NYIAX in connection with Datavault AI’s recently completed acquisition of NYIAX. He previously served on NYIAX’s board and held senior roles at PwC, including partner in its National Office. He also served as CFO of Abri Capital, advising on financial reporting, M&A, corporate governance and cross-border transactions.
