Datavault AI names Dean Becker chief licensing officer

Datavault AI named Dean Becker as chief licensing officer, effective immediately, to lead licensing, valuation and monetization of its global patent portfolio.

• Becker previously created Ocean Tomo’s patent auction business, later sold to ICAP, then led ICAP Ocean Tomo Auctions and ICAP Patent Brokerage.
• He has completed more than $11 billion in intellectual property transactions over a 30-year career in patent brokerage and auctions.
• The mandate includes licensing strategy across data science platforms such as IDE and RWA tokenization, alongside acoustic technologies including WiSA and ADIO.
