Datavault AI to Acquire NYIAX, Adds Institutional-Grade Blockchain Exchange Platform
Datavault AI will acquire NYIAX under a definitive agreement, adding its blockchain-enabled exchange platform, jointly owned patents and institutional-grade trading infrastructure. Combining NYIAX’s market engine with Datavault AI’s ADIO® ultrasonic technology will launch specialized exchanges for data, real-world assets, political inventory, athlete NIL and advertising inventory.
1. Acquisition Agreement
Datavault AI has signed a definitive agreement to acquire NYIAX Inc., bringing in a blockchain-enabled exchange platform built on jointly owned patents and institutional-grade market infrastructure. The transaction follows an October 2025 letter of intent and prior multi-year licensing agreements, consolidating trading capabilities and intellectual property under Datavault AI.
2. Technology Integration
The acquisition merges NYIAX’s blockchain-powered matching engine, automated smart contracts and patent portfolio with Datavault AI’s ADIO® ultrasonic technology and Information Data Exchange® platform. This integration enables real-time AI-driven valuations, high-performance matching and regulatory-compliant liquidity mechanisms across data and digital assets.
3. Planned Exchange Ecosystem
The combined company will roll out specialized marketplaces including the Information Data Exchange® for corporate data and RWAs, the International Elements Exchange for critical materials, the American Political Exchange for political data trading, the Sports-Centered NIL Exchange for athlete rights and a blockchain-based NYIAX Advertising Exchange.
4. Strategic Impact
The merged platform will provide transparent, high-performance trading infrastructure, accelerate commercial launches of specialized marketplaces and open new revenue opportunities in advertising, sports NIL, political inventory and tokenized real-world assets.
