Datavault AI to buy CyberCatch for USD 94.5 million cash

DVLT•CyberCatch is expected to operate as a subsidiary from San Diego, led by founder and CEO Sai Huda as president reporting to Datavault AI CEO Nathaniel T. Bradley.
The combination aims to add CyberCatch’s AI-driven continuous compliance and cyber-risk platform to Datavault AI’s Quantum Private Network GPU ecosystem.
Closing remains subject to customary board, stock exchange, regulatory, and shareholder approvals.
Datavault AI agreed to buy CyberCatch for USD 94.5 million cash, valuing the target at USD 3.53 per share.
The deal covers all issued and outstanding CyberCatch shares, about 26,800,000, with dilutive securities exchanged on a cashless-exercise basis.
