1. Technology Integration Agreement
Datavault AI and Demora Foundation executed a Technology Integration Agreement positioning Datavault AI’s enterprise AI stack as the formal data intelligence and real-world asset tokenization partner for the K-Wave Global Platform. Datavault AI will integrate its Data Vault, DataScore and DataValue modules to credentialize, score and tokenize K-Entertainment assets, from concert revenues to IP royalties, on Demora Chain.
2. Deployment Scope and Cities
The partnership covers an ecosystem of 500+ Korean SMBs across eight K-Wave sectors and three US Innovation K-Wave Cities: Atlanta, Dallas and the New York Tri-State. Datavault AI’s AI stack will underpin asset valuation, digital twin creation and immutable provenance for cultural IP delivered through K2Global’s network.
3. Tokenization Pipeline and Yields
The agreement unlocks a tokenizable asset pipeline exceeding $3 billion, converting streams from live events, streaming rights and franchise deals into yield-bearing DMR-LIVE tokens. Target annual yields range from 8% to 14%, tapping a pre-qualified audience of over 200 million Hallyu fans in 156 countries.
4. Future Phases and Growth Targets
Phase 1 spans a 0–6 month pilot with 5–10 flagship events and an initial $25–50 million token issuance. Phase 2 aims for $100–300 million issuance and expanded LP onboarding, while Phase 3 targets a $300 million+ annual run rate and global deployment in 20+ countries, supporting a NASDAQ SPAC pathway.
