Datavault AI has confirmed its participation in CES 2026 in Las Vegas from January 6 to 9, featuring live demonstrations of its WiSA wireless audio modules and event-driven implementations including ADIO, VerifyU and DVHolo. In 2025, the company secured nine new patents, bringing its total WiSA-related intellectual property portfolio to 63 registered or pending patents. The firm’s Gen 2 software-centric platform, now live in set-top boxes, consumer and premium speaker systems, and commercial audio installations, delivers measurable improvements in latency, reliability and scalability. These solutions have been validated on leading semiconductor platforms such as Espressif Systems and Realtek Semiconductor, and are deployed by global brands including Klipsch, Bang & Olufsen, KEF and Sagemcom. At CES, Datavault AI will also highlight its newly acquired SyncIN broadcast technology from Turner Global Media and the integration of Inaudible Tones trademark into its Events Citadel application for sports, entertainment and live events.

2. Special Warrant Dividend Aims to Reward Long-Term Shareholders

On December 30, Datavault AI announced a special dividend distribution of warrants to shareholders of record as of January 7, 2026. Under the plan, eligible participants will receive one warrant for every 60 shares held, each exercisable for one year upon the holder’s possession of at least one Dream Bowl Meme Coin II token in a company-linked digital wallet. This initiative, part of the company’s broader capital allocation strategy, is designed to deepen shareholder engagement by linking future equity participation to the adoption of Datavault AI’s Web 3 credentialing protocols.
