Dauch cuts 2026 adjusted EBITDA outlook on production volatility, rising costs
DCH•Dauch lowered its 2026 adjusted EBITDA forecast to $1.35 billion–$1.38 billion from $1.36 billion–$1.43 billion, while raising sales guidance to $10.8 billion–$10.88 billion from $10.6 billion–$10.8 billion.
1. Updated outlook
Dauch said its lower 2026 adjusted EBITDA outlook reflects fourth-quarter customer production volatility, rising inflation and increasing energy costs. The higher sales guidance includes metal market pass-through effects; the company also expects a third-quarter net loss attributable to Dauch of $42 million–$47 million and adjusted EBITDA of $355 million–$360 million.
2. Cash flow target
Dauch expects its full-year adjusted free cash flow target range to narrow toward its previously announced midpoint.
