Dave & Buster's tumbles on surprise Q2 loss, revenue miss

Shares of restaurant chain operator Dave & Buster's Entertainment PLAY.O fall 12% to $7.5 premarket.
The company posts Q2 adjusted loss of 27 cents per share, compared with analysts' average estimate of profit of 24 cents apiece, data compiled by LSEG.
It reports Q2 revenue of $544.1 mln, below estimates of $557.2 mln, with entertainment revenue dropping to $332.6 mln from $364.5 mln a year ago.
PLAY's Q2 comparable store sales decreased 2.9% vs Q2 2025.
