DaVita falls after flagging lower revenue per treatment

Shares of DaVita DVA.N fell 4.4% to $218 premarket after the dialysis services provider reported late on Tuesday that second-quarter revenue per treatment fell to $415.87 from $417.59 a year earlier.
The company reaffirmed its 2026 adjusted per-share profit expectation of $14.10 to $15.20. Analysts on average were expecting $14.82, according to data compiled by LSEG.
Second-quarter profit per share of $4.02 topped estimates of $3.88.
As of the last close, the stock had doubled year to date.
