1. Forecast and results
DaVita expects 2026 profit per share of $14.30 to $15.20, compared with its prior outlook of $14.10 to $15.20. Third-quarter adjusted profit per share was $3.82, versus analysts’ estimate of $3.61, while revenue was $3.58 billion, compared with an estimate of $3.51 billion.
2. 2027 outlook
Executives said on a post-earnings call they expect volume growth in 2027 to outpace 2026 levels, while cautioning that revenue per treatment could face pressure from a less favorable commercial mix, driven largely by Affordable Care Act plans. Lower pharmaceutical costs could provide some offset in 2027.
