Bain Capital-backed UK broker consolidator Jensten Group said on Thursday it had agreed to acquire specialist technology-focused corporate broker Venture Risks Group (VRG).

Haniel has agreed to sell a majority stake in Dutch security technology provider BauWatch to Carlyle and CVC, the private equity companies said on Thursday.

French asset manager Amundi has acquired a 9.9% stake in alternative asset manager ICG for about €620 million ($711 million), completing an investment agreed under their long-term strategic partnership.
