• Decathlon has signed a letter of intent to buy 50% of Sport 2000 France, owned by sports retail group Céraclès Coopérative, in a deal that would expand its presence in French ski resorts, the two companies said on Tuesday. nL6N44S0L8
• India's Tribhovandas Bhimji Zaveri TBZL.NS said that GRT Jewellers India will acquire a 74.12% stake in the company for up to 10.34 billion rupees ($108.66 million), taking control of the jewellery retailer. nL6N44S0OT
• Aon AON.N said it will buy rival USI Insurance Services in a $17 billion deal from private equity firm KKR KKR.N, in one of the biggest insurance acquisitions in recent years. nL4N44S0RX
