- Decathlon has signed a letter of intent to buy 50% of Sport 2000 France, owned by sports retail group Céraclès Coopérative, in a deal that would expand its presence in French ski resorts, the two companies said on Tuesday. nL6N44S0L8
- India's Tribhovandas Bhimji Zaveri TBZL.NS said that GRT Jewellers India will acquire a 74.12% stake in the company for up to 10.34 billion rupees ($108.66 million), taking control of the jewellery retailer. nL6N44S0OT
- Aon AON.N said it will buy rival USI Insurance Services in a $17 billion deal from private equity firm KKR KKR.N, in one of the biggest insurance acquisitions in recent years. nL4N44S0RX
- Eli Lilly LLY.N said it would acquire privately held Merida Biosciences for up to $2.88 billion in cash, as it seeks to expand its pipeline of potential treatments for immunity-related and allergic diseases. nL4N44S0TI
- SLB SLB.N said it will acquire cooling equipment maker Kelvion from Apollo Global APO.N and funds managed by Triton for $3.4 billion in cash, expanding its data center business as rapid AI adoption drives demand for power and cooling infrastructure. nL4N44S0TP

- ONEOK OKE.N said on Sunday it has agreed to buy Brazos Midstream's Permian Midland Basin natural gas gathering and processing assets for around $4.43 billion, more than doubling the U.S. pipeline operator's processing capacity in the region. nL6N44R087
