1. Reported transactions
Rosatom completed its purchase of businessman Sergei Shishkaryov’s stake in Delo Group, Rosatom chief Alexei Likhachev said. Paramount Skydance completed its $110 billion takeover of Warner Bros Discovery on Tuesday. Strategic Insurance Agency Alliance acquired Canopy Specialty Insurance. BHP agreed to sell the Kambalda Nickel Concentrator and associated assets to Gold Fields, while Chevron agreed to sell its Hess Midstream stakes and DJ Basin crude oil midstream assets as part of a broader restructuring.
