Decent Holding outlined plans to roll out a tiered subscription model across its Suncare senior-care network, shifting toward recurring revenue.

Initial pricing framework targets about RMB 500, RMB 1,990, or RMB 2,990 per month, depending on service intensity.

The program design centers on AI-assisted health management, wearables, home sensors, and community-based support, with services delivered by third-party providers.

Rollout is expected to start at selected community locations, then expand based on operating results, member feedback, technology integration, and regulatory readiness.

Longer-term roadmap includes introducing robotics and assistive technologies through the platform, tied to a cooperation with Taihao Robotics.
