Deckers Outdoor will hold its annual stockholder meeting virtually on Sept. 14, 2026.
Items for stockholder votes include electing 10 directors to serve until the 2027 annual meeting.
Stockholders will also vote on ratifying KPMG as independent auditor for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2027.
A non-binding advisory vote on named executive officer compensation is also on the agenda.
