Decoy Therapeutics stockholders elected Patricia Gauthier as a Class II director at the July 14, 2026 annual meeting.
Gauthier has been Moderna’s senior vice president and regional head for Australia, Canada, and the UK since 2025.
She previously served as general manager of Moderna Canada, building the affiliate and supporting delivery of more than 50 million COVID-19 vaccine doses.
Rick Pierce and Jon Lieber were re-elected as Class II directors.
