Decoy Therapeutics announces special shareholder meeting

Decoy Therapeutics will hold a virtual special shareholder meeting on Sept. 14, 2026.

Shareholders will vote on allowing exercise of Series A, Series B and Series C common warrants from a June 2026 private placement, enabling issuance of up to 2,961,085 shares.

Shareholders will also consider cutting authorized common shares by 10,000,000 to 90,000,000.

The proposal includes authority to adjourn the meeting to solicit additional proxies if needed to pass the warrant or authorized share items.
