1. Acquisition of Tenna for Segment Expansion
Deere completed its purchase of construction technology provider Tenna in February 2026, aiming to scale its Construction & Forestry segment. Tenna’s brand-neutral mixed-fleet model offers near real-time equipment visibility, helping contractors track trends, plan maintenance and improve productivity.
2. Integration of Precision Tech with Fleet Management
Deere will integrate Tenna’s platform with its Operations Center and expand its earthmoving equipment range. The rollout includes SmartGrade, SmartDetect and SmartWeigh precision technologies alongside Tenna’s tools to optimize machine performance, fleet utilization and jobsite coordination.
