DeFi Development grows Solana treasury to 2,538,010 SOL, valued at $309M

DeFi Development added 47,706 SOL since Sept. 21, bringing its treasury to 2,538,010 SOL and equivalents valued at $309 million. Holdings rose about 2% week over week and about 10% since its Aug. 12 Q2 earnings update.

1. Treasury and performance

From June 30 to Sept. 25, 2026, SOL gained about 73%, while the Nasdaq-100 lagged by about 72 percentage points; DeFi Development shares gained about 105%, or about 1.4 times SOL’s percentage return. The company’s CHAD variable-rate preferred stock carries a 13% annual dividend rate on its $10 stated amount, or $1.30 per share annually.
