DeFi Technologies’ Valour unit reports AUM of $640.2 million, up 61.2% since June 30
DEFT•Valour reported assets under management of $640.2 million as of Sept. 25, up 61.2% from $397.2 million at June 30. Nasdaq extended DeFi Technologies’ deadline to regain compliance with its $1.00 minimum bid-price rule to March 1, 2027.
1. Valour AUM rises
Valour’s AUM increased by about $243 million from June 30 and stood about 64% above a cycle low of roughly $390 million. DeFi Technologies reported about $135 million in cash, stablecoins, STRC/RWUSD, treasuries, digital assets and venture holdings as of June 30, with no debt.
2. Funds and Nasdaq deadline
Valour launched Valour Funds SPC and its first hedge fund, Smart Crypto Fund SP, on Sept. 21; additional funds, custody and a UCITS platform are in development. Nasdaq granted DeFi Technologies an extension to March 1, 2027, to regain compliance with the $1.00 minimum bid-price rule, which requires 10 consecutive business days.
