DeFi Technologies wins Nasdaq extension to meet US$ 1 minimum bid rule
DEFT•Nasdaq grants second 180-day grace period
DeFi Technologies received a second 180-day Nasdaq grace period to fix noncompliance with the $1 minimum bid-price rule.
The new deadline to regain compliance is March 1, 2027; shares keep trading on Nasdaq Capital Market under DEFT.
Compliance is restored if the closing bid price reaches at least $1 for 10 consecutive business days during the extension.
Nasdaq flagged the deficiency on March 5, 2026, following 30 straight business days below $1 through March 4, 2026.
The company said it met other listing standards, including market value of publicly held shares, and plans to evaluate options to cure the breach.
