Net proceeds are earmarked for repayment of borrowings under the revolving credit facility, with remaining funds for general partnership purposes.

Delek US will not buy units, and its ownership is expected to fall from 63% to about 58% if the full option is exercised.

Public offering priced at $50 per unit

Delek Logistics priced an underwritten public offering of 4,000,000 common units at $50 per unit.

Underwriters received a 30-day option to buy up to 600,000 additional common units.
