Delta scales sustainable aviation fuel supply through 2030 in Shell Aviation deal
DAL•DAL•DAL•DAL•Shell will support blended SAF supplies and neat SAF deliveries at select locations to help integrate SAF into routine operations.
The deal targets expanded SAF availability at key hubs, backed by investment in delivery, blending, logistics and distribution infrastructure.
The companies will also evaluate next-generation SAF pathways, including alcohol-to-jet and power-to-liquid, to expand supply and cut lifecycle emissions.
Delta signed a five-year agreement with Shell Aviation to scale sustainable aviation fuel supply through 2030 across multiple U.S. airports.
