Deltek released GovWin IQ’s FY 2027 “Top Federal Opportunities” reports for government contractors. The unrestricted list also includes DTIC IAC MAC at $48 billion and NASA JPL FFRDC at $30 billion; the set-aside list includes GSA 8(a) STARS IV at $50 billion and Census CenTAM at $2.6 billion. The analysis flags a shift toward centralized purchasing, a potential SBA size-standard overhaul and the reopening of the SBA 8(a) program.
