2. Revenue and pipeline outlook
The company expects Q4 2026 net product revenue of $30 million to $32 million. Denali plans to submit a biologics license application for zafinofusp alfa in 2027 seeking accelerated approval and expects data from five TransportVehicle programs that year.
3. AVLAYAH coverage
Denali said strong patient, physician and payer demand drove AVLAYAH sales in Q3. Coverage increased to more than 70% of U.S. commercial lives and 20 state Medicaid programs.
