Denali Therapeutics closed the sale of its Rare Pediatric Disease Priority Review Voucher on July 27, 2026.
The transaction delivered gross proceeds of $195 million from a large pharmaceutical company buyer.
The voucher was awarded following the FDA approval of AVLAYAH (tividenofusp alfa) for Hunter syndrome in March 2026.
