Denison Mines reports construction advances at Phoenix ISR uranium project in Q2 2026 update

Denison sold 750,000 pounds of U3O8 at CAD 122.16 per pound, generating CAD 91.6 million in gross proceeds and a CAD 64.1 million gain.
The company held about 1.1 million pounds of U3O8 at June 30 and had committed 600,000 pounds for deliveries from Q3 2026 to Q2 2027.
Phoenix ISR uranium project construction advances
Denison Mines reported Q2 2026 results, citing significant early construction progress at the Phoenix ISR uranium mine at Wheeler River.
Site work started in March 2026; over 20% of total civil work was completed by end-July, and civil subgrade work was nearly 100% complete.
First-year milestones remain on track, including process plant foundations, freeze wall installation, on-site power distribution, and airstrip earthworks.
