Denison Mines transitioned the Phoenix in-situ recovery uranium project to full-scale construction, starting perimeter freeze wall installation for Phase 1.
- Site preparation began in March 2026; temporary camp commissioning lifted Wheeler River accommodation capacity to nearly 400 workers.
- About 20% of overall site civil work is complete; civil subgrade work for the process plant and wellfield is near 100% complete.
- Concrete foundation work for the substation and main process plant is expected to start in August.
- Construction is set to accelerate with a second shift to support first-year milestones, including freeze wall installation and airstrip earthworks.
