Dermata Therapeutics priced a private placement at-the-market under Nasdaq rules, issuing 2,293,608 common shares or pre-funded warrants.

The deal includes series E warrants for 2,293,608 shares and series F warrants for 2,293,608 shares; both carry a USD 1.46 exercise price.

Gross proceeds are expected at about USD 3.4 million, while warrant exercise could add about USD 6.7 million. Closing is expected Aug. 18, 2026, subject to customary conditions, and the warrants will be exercisable after stockholder approval.
