Descartes Systems Group acquired warehouse management and fulfillment software provider Extensiv for about US$120 million in cash.
The deal adds AI-enabled 3PL warehouse management and omnichannel fulfillment capabilities, expanding Descartes’ reach in 3PL and ecommerce fulfillment.
