Devon Energy reshaped its executive leadership team effective Aug. 20, 2026.
Tom Hellman was named EVP, Exploration & Production to run Anadarko, Eagle Ford, Marcellus and Rockies; he previously served as SVP, New Ventures.
Robert (Trey) Lowe III was named EVP, Exploration & Production to run Permian; he previously served as EVP and chief technology officer.
Kevin Smith was named chief technology officer; he previously served as SVP, Subsurface.
EVPs John Raines and Michael DeShazer are set to leave Sept. 1, 2026.
