DEWALT launches Tool Connect Partner Network to expand jobsite asset tracking
SWK•Stanley Black & Decker’s DEWALT launched a partner network integrating Geotab, Trackunit and BoxLock to extend jobsite asset tracking without new hardware for existing users. The move targets construction theft losses estimated at $300 million to $1 billion annually, including about $100 million in tool losses.
1. Partner integrations
DEWALT launched the Tool Connect Partner Network to extend jobsite asset-tracking coverage beyond fixed gateways. Integrations with Geotab, Trackunit and BoxLock are intended to add detection across fleets, heavy equipment and secured storage using third-party infrastructure, without new hardware for existing users.
2. Theft losses
The initiative targets estimated annual construction theft losses of $300 million to $1 billion, including about $100 million in tool losses. The network aims to widen coverage across jobsites, trucks, warehouses and supply chains.
