Diageo's Q1 organic net sales grew 0.6% excluding EABL

Diageo said first-quarter organic net sales grew 0.6% excluding EABL, with volume down 0.1% and price/mix up 0.7%. Reported net sales increased 1.2% to $4.90 billion, and the company said results were in line with expectations. Fiscal 2027 guidance was unchanged from its CMD.
2. Regional performance
North America organic net sales declined 3.6%. Diageo said making its offer more competitive remains its biggest challenge and that actions are underway; net sales in Canada declined by a low-single-digit percentage due to continued softness in spirits.
