Cash, cash equivalents and investments fell to USD 43.5 million at June 30 from USD 59.9 million at year-end; runway forecast through 2027.
The Phase 2 early-onset fetal growth restriction trial completed enrollment for its first cohort of 6 participants; topline results are expected in September.
