FANG•Diamondback Energy’s Q3 oil production averaged 525 Mbo/d, while total production averaged 1,034 Mboe/d, up 2% from Q2. It updated FY2026 oil production guidance to about 524 Mbo/d, set Q4 oil production guidance at 518-528 Mbo/d, and increased its annual base dividend by more than 7% to $4.72 per share.

The company updated FY2026 oil production guidance to about 524 Mbo/d and capital expenditure guidance to $3.95 billion-$4 billion. For Q4, it expects oil production of 518-528 Mbo/d and capital expenditures of $1 billion-$1.05 billion. Diamondback increased its base dividend by more than 7% to $4.72 per share annually.
