The agreement commences on June 1, 2026 and covers a minimum period until March 1, 2027 (up to April 30, 2027), anticipated to yield approximately US$5.36 million in gross revenue.

The m/v Polymnia is a Post-Panamax dry bulk vessel built in 2012 with a deadweight tonnage of 98,704 dwt. Its capacity and design enable efficient transport of iron ore, coal and grain on international routes, supporting competitive charter rates in the dry bulk market.
3. Fleet Composition and Growth
Diana Shipping’s current fleet consists of 36 dry bulk vessels with a combined capacity of around 4.1 million dwt and a weighted average vessel age of 12.47 years. The company also plans to take delivery of two methanol dual fuel Kamsarmax newbuildings by the second half of 2027 and first half of 2028, enhancing fleet efficiency and environmental compliance.
