Dick’s FY26 Q2 net income drops 17.3% to $315.5 million; net sales rise 53.2% to $5.59 billion

Dick’s Sporting Goods reports Q2 results
- Dick’s Sporting Goods posted Q2 net income of $315.5 million, or $3.50 a share, down from $381.4 million, or $4.71.
- Net sales more than doubled, rising 53.2% to $5.59 billion, including $1.74 billion from Foot Locker.
- Operating income slipped to $440.8 million from $452.2 million; gross margin fell 2.28 percentage points to 34.78%.
