Diebold Nixdorf will upgrade over 200 VyStar Credit Union ATMs with its Branch Automation Solutions, including AI-driven fleet monitoring, remote fault resolution and cash recycling to boost availability, security and reduce replenishment costs. The managed services agreement leverages real-time analytics and multi-layered terminal software for personalized self-service.

VyStar Credit Union is expanding its partnership with Diebold Nixdorf by adopting the Branch Automation Solutions managed services suite to optimize its self-service network.
2. Operational Enhancements
The suite provides 24/7 ATM fleet monitoring, remote fault resolution and real-time AI analytics to identify issues, prioritize fixes, optimize cash levels and strengthen system security.
3. ATM Upgrades and Software
As part of the initiative, more than 200 ATMs will be upgraded to DN Series devices with cash recycling, e-receipts, fast-cash options, contactless card support and targeted marketing capabilities.
